custom or full catback?
i'm looking to do an exaust job, i'm really lost now..i did the engine swap (stock D16Y7) and i dont kno if i should get a catback with a muffler on it, of if i should get a custom mandrel bent pipe and put my own muffler on it, i'm looking for the less expensive route..also i dunno how clean my cat is, and i dun wanna take it off cause i dont want crazy noise outta my exaust..any suggestions?

constom is gonna cost more... just go with an aftermarket catback system...

Most exhuast shops will do a custom exhaust for like 450 if you look hard enough. Aftermarket catbacks are what, 600? Save yourself 150 and get custom. |
600 for an aftermarket cat-back is peanuts
most companies sell axle backs for like $400 go look at tanabe cat-backs you'll pay like $1200 for their top model (that's not to say all cat-backs are that expensive) I had a 2.25" fully stainless catback made for my EF when I had it all mandrel bent, slip fitted, etc for $500 |
