so i just bought my crx moonroof panel
i just got a wild idea
i knwo a hella lotta guys out there need a moonroof panel cause well.. the stupid honda panel rusts like a biznach
so i was wondering how many of you owners would know someone who can make a mould so that either fiberglass or carbon fiber panels can be made..
both those dont rust
lemme knwo if someone out there wants to get on this.. otherwise the roof goes on the car real soon

Theres already a bunch of people who make carbon fibre and fibre glass "plugs" for the CRX, they usally sell em' on HT and ebay.

generally moulds are made out of fiberglass themselves.. or so my research turned up.. and that's what the guys i used to know used when doin it..
but yeah.. this woudl benefit soooo many crx owners.. these panels are quite possibly the worst and i dont know about you guys.. but i'm not a fan of the plugs and stuff that are available out there.. yeah it's weight to even have a moonroof on one of these cars.. but it's soooo much cooler than having a plug if you ask me..
the fiberglass part might be heavy.. but heck.. if nobody is even gonna come forward.. no point i guess in even wasting time on the subject..

there are CF ones on ebay every once in a while (non plugs OEM replacements).....its a good idea, depending on the cost....

you dont make sense cause oem is factory, and factory they come with metal so fibreglass or carbon fibre would be classed as aftermarket or ghetto rigged
