crx dohc zc

hey everyone, i recently just swapped a dohc zc into my crx. it ran fine for 3 days and all of the sudden it started misfiring. it only seems to misfire in the lower rpms and whenever im at wide open throttle but sometimes it doesnt misfire. Ive never had to deal with any misfire stuff before so if any of you guys could give me a direction that would be great. thanks
