CRC - Guaranteed to Pass
Has anyone every used this before?
I have an e-test coming up and i'm pretty sure the car will pass but I don't want to make a couple of trips and waste money, I would rather pass on the first attempt. Just wondering if this stuff actually helps? Also, because of the name i'm not trusting it too much, i'm scared of it blowing the motor or something. Any feedback would be appreciated. I have fuel stabalizer here which I might just use instead to clean the system up. |
i never trust those guarantee to pass products
if your o2 sensor works, if your cat is not clogged, if your egr and throttle are clean... also some people do an oil change as well you shouldn't really have any issues... most of the time a failed etest is probably due to clugged up cat or a failed o2 sensors... and i've seen cars with egr issues... if its none of those, it means you probably have a larger problem |
to pass my civic I swapped the cat for a new one, that helped but my o2 sensor was only on 1 cylinder so I had to adjust the timing to make it pass, good luck.

that guaranteed to pass stuff is a waste of money. i usually just do an oil change before my emmision text and ive never failed one yet.
