crank bolt
is it wise to put anti seize on the crank bolt threads when reinstalling it? or will it increase the chances of it coming off by accident...? I will be torqueing the bolt to 130 f/lbs at least.

anti seize will be fine
that just means u have to torque it less to get the same torqe rating as a bolt torqued without anti seize so torquing it to the 130ft/lbs with anti seize is better than 130lbs without |
