intake gasket maybe...there is a water jacket that hits the intake manifold if I'm not mistaken and that could leak aswell as the heater valve itself...u can add some phosphorescent dye to your coolant and use a black light to trace the leak

Do yourself a favour. Go to CT, buy or rent a PRESSURE TESTER, take the side that resembles your rad cap, you'll probably need to put on the adapter. Put the cap from the tester on. Look on your rad cap and find a PSI, don't know what Hondas are, but GM are usually around 15. Pump the tester up to _ _ PSI, and wait for a few mins, come back and see if the PSI has dropped, if it has, you definatly have a leak. Put it back up to whatever PSI it says on the rad cap, and see if you can see the leak. If it's leaking on the pavement, it's probably leaking from the necks of the heatercore. If they are, do not tighten them when the coolant is hot because heat makes everything expand. You'll want to do it when everything is cool. If the hoses look like they are bulging, dried out, whatever, buy new hoses and put them in. What does that take like 5 seconds.
*note* When you're removing the pressure tester, it's a 2 step, turn the cap until it burps coolant out a bit, then turn it until it does it again and pull it off. If you just do it all at once it'll shoot coolant everywhere. ALSO, if your unit is under pressure do not pull off any hoses or it will obviously squirt everywhere.
