converting from auto to manual?

converting from auto to manual?
This is more of a generic question but ummm how hard is it to convert a vehicle from auto to manual? Like I'm wondering the costs and who if anyone does this sort of work. This isn't for a honda it's for my other vechicle but I didn't know if anyone had any information about doing this type of conversion.

heh well the issue is finding the same truck in stick... that's what I'm looking for now but there few and far between that's why I was wondering if it was a relitively easy process to do it would save a lot of hassles...
