Hey guys i know this is a stupid question but i bought a 1990 civic hatch si in mint condition of the original owner the car is from bc she jus moved to ontario car is mint and i love it i picked it up for $1350 cash saftied and etested but the thing is its auto it works very well and i want to keep this mint beauty but i want a 5 speed in it my buddy recently swapped a dx he told me everything is already punched out and all the 5speed parts jus bolt up is this true i need to know and does anyone have the parts available for the 5 speed swap i dearly love the little car and want to convert it thank you and hopefully someone can help dont message back either if ur jus gonna say buy a 5 speed im sorry but i couldnt find a five speed si in mint condition around here that was a one owner old lady car so i bought this little auto thanks again

go to scrap yard for all ur parts. My buddy bought a mashed up ef for next to nuthin using it for parts (motor and stuff were still good).
Theres alot of places that will do the swap but will want alot of money, I would try to find the parts on your own.

the conversion really isn't that hard. question is.... well first of all the question is how the hell is an Si hatch automatic????? I thought only 5 speed Si models were produced?
secondly... I'd say only pick up a used pedal cluster and shifter linkage, the rest of the stuff buy new. like clutch cable, linkage bushings, shifter, and even tranny. you can prolly get a complete tranny from a place like gear speed.

lol so sum1 played u im guess. you shud of bought an eg like u wanted. anyways u proli have dpi which is retarded and imo not even worth wasting money on that motor. I wud do a swap n conversion at the same time.

hahah i thought you guys were honda guys i have a 1990 honda civic si hatchback automatic 1.6litre sohc with a sunroof si lip si everything b/c thats what it is i have the original bill of sale so if its rare im selling it
