control arms squicking sound??!!replace?

when i go over bumps on my car ( lowered about 2.5-3inches) there are squicks coming from control arms, i figured because the suspension is so stiff most likely the bushings are worn out
My question is...is this something that i need to replace asap like can anything go wrong? or no? and where can i get aftermarket control arms cause i know OEM ones are not gona last to long...

OR should i just get new bushings?

Just make sure when you install the LCA back on the car, that the full weight of the car are on the suspension. The term is LOADED (full weight).
