Eagle rods are best bang for the buck. For an all motor Honda setup these should be more than enough. They come pre-balanced. i bought a set coupel years ago, took a digital caliper and measured each rod, they had the exact same dimensions to 3 decimal places. Crower makes good rods as well, they have an "Econo Billet" rod which is basically a knock off of the Eagles (they're both made in the same plant in China), and they're a little pricier. Crower has higher end rods, the Steel Billet and Titanium, but these are more for sponsored competition cars as they are very pricy. Crower Steel Billet = $900 per set ... Crower Titanium = $2400 per set!

Altech's all motor H22 has the Crower Steel Billet, they're making over 250 whp on a fully built motor (14:1 compression, revs to 9k if i remember correctly).. those rods are probably the strongest part of the motor.

eagles woudl be best for $$ and strenght...crowers are better but cost more...if eagles can handle 400-500 whp talons then they will be enough for 250 whp honda engine....
