What are the numbers supposed to be like across the board on a b16a2?

Also, when performing the compression test, say on cylinder 1, should the rest of the spark plug wires be removed or should they be left installed on so the car would start once i crank it over?

What is the margin of deviance in terms of the numbers? What is a safe difference between the average in terms of high and lower results?

first of all make sure its the right threading because it comes with like 2 or 3 fittings i made the mistake of not using the right one and it got stuck in there for a while.second of all do it on a hot motor and take out the ecu plug its in the fuse box in the engine bay it says 15 on it near the back left.no u dont need to take out all the spark plugs just the one ur doing the test on do them one at a time.the number for a healthy b16 should be anywhere from 170-220 anything below 170 for a b16 isnt that good.the number should be relatively the same but one cylinder will be less or higher than 10 thats a good sign.

Make sure when doing a compression test to unplug the dizzy if your pulling all of the plugs. I learned this the hard way as I did a comp test on the weekend and didn't pull the plugs on my dizzy causing me to burn out my coil. When you crank over the engine without the spark plugs/ wires grounded you fry the coil. The coil needs to release the charge/spark. What happens is the coil builds up too much and sizzle, see ya!

my distributor needed changing anyways it was giving out ****ty spark. i changed it right now and it's good
