Coilovers or Springs

Just to get an opinion on what everyone is riding on,

what better. I think springs will give better comfort, but I do some auto cross events, would be cool to adjust ride height.

Please help, and do I have to buy anything additional wih coilovers?

TIA

if you store your car in the winter I would get springs, if you ride in the winter, coils but just make sure you wsh them at least once a week.

springs will give more comfory than coils because coils are not progressive, springs usually are.
