clutches, tranny, intake, and exhuast manifolds

I am getting a 89 hatch with a d16 non v-tec, which clutches, tranny, intake, and exhuast manifolds are a good swap if any thanks. P.S. I tried to search the forums but not to much luck thanks again.

D16A6?

OEM Clutch, OEM Tranny and NO aftermarket intakes or exhaust manifolds.

The engine itself doesn't output enough power for you to notice any gains for any of the stuff you upgrade, so there is really NO point spending money on anything. Save it towards an engine swap and start with a stronger base platform.

No I just needed to know if I can use a clutch from say a si or a 93 ect, a intake from any other honda. some of the specs are the same on clutch discs but need to know for sure I plan on just turboing the car after, as I have everything to do it. I'm sure there ins a better intake (higher flowing manifold) then the one on there, I can fab if need be. Thx
