I have that problem too

Could be the spring/pedal assembly needs lube or worse the clutch master cylinder needs lube.

Mine feels like it's a master cylinder issue

I have that problem as well, it's the master cylinder making the noise. Was going to bring it in for warrenty but the sound comes once in a while and only if you depress the pedal slowly it does it. Don't mind the sound cause my music is always on but you can feel it in your foot.

It's more than likely the throwout bearing on your hydraulic clutch. Open you hood, and look down. There should be a small "L" shaped boot on the left front of your transmission. Pull this boot as far left as you can. Beneath it, there will be a small accordian boot. Pull this to the left as well. You'll see a metal shaft. I found that the best way to lubricate this is to have someone else sit in the car and pump the clutch while you add some grease to the shaft. This way, the grease is forced back into the origin. You'll find that the noise goes away. You may have to do this more than once depending on how badly the grease is needed.

I have no pictures of this as I have no digi cam, so I hope this helps.

Ya... I have that same squeaking sound. I think mine comes from the spring. I'm going to have it checked.
