exedy organic kit's are always nice if you want a stock like pedal and aren't planning on doing any serious mods to it in the future

Unorthodox (i can't spell) racing makes some good clutches.....we recently picked up a full-kevlar unsprung race clutch for our mr2 project race car....

I know you wouldn't want an unsprung clutch in a street driven car, but they do make alot of other performance clutches suitable for the civic....

Kevlar clutches are supposed to last a loss-*** time... thats why we got it for our race car...

hope that helps..

If you plan on staying under 300whp, id recommend the a ACT heavy duty PP, and full organic street disc, with their prolite flywheel. If you want a bit more grab in the clutch 6puck will help, but not nessecary. I like the feel of a fast grabbing clutch IMO.

check Hondatech, lots of deals like this over there. ACT is good stuff.

When I had my EJ1 and the clutch went, I got a Exedy cluth + Flywheel both brand new..for about 90 bucks on ebay and they have both worked like a charm and still going

and with a stock cluth feel, grips perfectly

^^^ lol ya ok I bet that toda flywheel is well priced and easy to get

or you coudl just get a exedy and exedy flywheel combo cheap

I mean **** you n/a honda isnt' makign big torque which I might add is what kills clutches dont' go puck that is a waste

kevlar is garbage the coefficent of friction is less apparently so you need more clamp load

not to mention unsprung disc is gonna be real nice to your dif and tranny

hehe, yes with no springs in the clutch, your tranmission gets to act as a spring. Harder on certain bearings.
