I don't think it will work , cause your Engine is a D-series

and the SIR is B-Series

Different trannies, and B-series is bigger

Best way to know , call Honda Dealership - Get parts - ask them for part numbers of your car and the SIR ,and see if they are the same , but i highly doubt it , Good luck

I do not think they will fit.

but not 100% sure

I just ran the part numbers for the two...

diff ones
2000 sir friction disk 22200-p2t-025
96si friction disk 22200-p2e-003

I know there is more to the clutch...pressure plate...release bearing..... but those two dont match...so didnt' check moreinto it

There are 3 main components pressure plate (PP) friction disc(disc) and flywheel (fly) that help put power to the wheels, you can replace the disc only if the PP is still good but only stock to stock equipment ....if you are looking to upgrade to a stage 4 disc then you need a stage 4 pp as well b/c the pp has more clamping power over stock...... don't forget to refinish the fly and/or get a lighter one as well..........

ok get a exedy race organic all you will ever need with easy pedel effort...adn stage 4 will be off on with tons of chatter, they are meant to hold 400 hp....the exedy race organic is a 1900 lbs pressure plate can hold some decent power...get it...

stage 1 cause stage 4 is wayyyy to much...you dotn' understand until you drive one...it is off and on...very jerky...and it is used so it will be garbage in my eyes...you dont' buy used clutches liek you wouldn't buy used brake pads....plus a stage 4 you will probobly break your tranny into peices...

It all depends on your application... I think stock aftermarket is good enough for your purposes. Stage 4 will be jerky like mentioned above and much heavier to drive. Waste of money IMO.
