cluster
#2
It depends what cluster swap you've done. In my case, my car came without a tach. I got my hands on an SI cluster and swapped the speedometers. Now I have the tach and the mileage is accurate. I've documented it, just in case.
If your gonna do say an Integra swap (or any other) where the donor speedo and your own don't match, then you go down to the dealer and they make a note of the changed mileage and all is well.

when you change your cluster, do the kilometers change as well? then how do you resell the car with acurate kilometer reading? or whatever.

digital clusters can be exchanged between compatible cars and they will always read the correct km of that car because the ecu is what holds the information.
if you have an analog cluster km readout the km goes with the cluster. so if you swap clusters the best way to retain your original km is (if the clusters are similar) to remove the speedo unit and put it into the new cluster or atleast remove the face of the speedo unit and put the new face on it.
if you want i can do it for you.
