Cleaned throttle body and CEL appeared

I have a 97 Acura EL.... never cleaned the throttle body and saw some ppl who saw really good results. So went over to CT and bought it and took off the tube removed sensors and started engine. Sprayed cleaner while reving the engine. Plugged everythign back in and now the CEL came on.

Any advice. I don't want to disconnect my battery cause i don't have the code for my radio.

Thanks

can i ask what possible gains you expected by cleaning a stock throttle body? always remember power aint cheap and if it sounds to good to be true IT IS.

note to self:
before doing something to my car, research what it is im going to do before doing it. $10 carb cleaner isnt going to give you even 1hp

did you plug everything back in the right spots?

unplug the neg terminal for 10 minutes so the ecu resets. turn your car on afterwards check if its still there.

btw TB cleaner won't do anything, performance wise.
