Does anyone know how to trims some pounds off my civic sir 2002 i was told that the civic has two big metal bars in the back trunk that is just there for the hell of it. Does anyone know if that is true.

I'm not sure what you're talking about, but I'm almost certain Honda wouldn't put "two big metal bars" in the trunk for the "hell of it"

the seats in my car are awsome man.. and I don't think it would make a HUGE diff in weight if he exchanged seats.. maybe 5-10 lbs at the MOST???

i don't think a CF hood will do much since the hood is so small. I say go for light weight rims and ditch the rear seats and the spare if you want.
