Hey peeps, just wanted to know if i were to chip my P28 ecu, would there be a horse power increase????

hell no...don't waste your time. All of those skunk copy or mugen copy chips are garbage. They advance your ignition timing a bunch to make it feel like your car is faster, while in reality all it did was move the power band down in the rpms and dump a whole bunch of unneeded fuel.
Now, if you have a built up engine (higher CR, cams, headwork) then a CUSTOM chip is the way to go. But don't get just some generic "spoon copy" program, get a custom program made while tuning on the dyno with a wideband o2. A custom chip IMO is a great methond of engine management and much much cheaper than standalone or hondata, but works just as well.
