chipping my ECU with ZC DOHC

my car has a 4th gen DOHC ZC engine, and it originally comes with a CX ECU OBD1 (P07)

the fuel cutoff at 6500rpm and it's very slow

now i have swapped a DX ECU OBD1 (P06) and it has a 6900rpm fuel cut and the car noticetably faster at the high end

now...i want to chip my ECU with the OBD1, is taht possible? or i should get another ECU?

anyone can help? i can feel the car has some more potential, i just need to unlock the SEXY power~ LOL

and how much should i expect to chip the ECU?
