chipped p28 vs pr3

I have a jdm b16 sirII in my 95 civic. I am using a chipped p28. I was wondering what the difference would be between using a stock pr3 (the ecu that should have come with the swap) vs a chipped p28?

if it's same OBD1 group, there should be no difference as long as the P28 was chipped correctly

stock ecu for b16a2 is p30...i'm asking the same question

Well i have both...but when i use the p30 it throws a code. I thought that the jdm b16 uses a pr3. Either way i have a p30 not a pr3.
