Ok, as I've read in the other post about *e-test* passing, KS-R suggested that a charcoal canister would affect emissions.

Does anyone know specifically how it would? I asked KS-R and he told me it attaches to the IM and is located along the firewall...so...if it's attached to the IM, how does it work in cleaning??? Well obviously it does filtering, but once it's filtered..does it go back into the IM or what?
