Are Ceramic Coated Headers Bendable?

Hey Guys...I don't know if I place this thread in the right section or not but here goes....I bought a ceramic coated header from a boy of mine...it fits good...except for the flange connecting to the cat. The header dips down a little....its kinda too low to the ground...so I was wondering if ceramic coated headers are bendable??? I would have to bend it just a little but I don't want it to crack!!! if its not bendable....is the header weldable?? let me know guys...thanks!

any bending will crack the ceramic coating

any welding will require re-coating of the item

not a good situation...
