Catback Help

Ive got a 2.5' vibrant catback, but i dont really like how its sounding...looking for more of a smooth hi pitch sound, what exhaust co's do u guys recomend?ive heard good things about buddyclub

apexi World Sport 2.

You'll be in exhaust heaven. No hi pitch bumble bee sound.

I should make a sound clip for you guys. Dc Sports 4-1 header with 2.5" collector into omni power 2.5" JDM test pipe into my Apexi World Sport 2 catback exhaust.
Engine is a fully built b18c1.

Car deffinately does not sound like your typical fart cannon Civic I can vouch for that. lol

It is very quiet, you can hear my intake over my exhaust. Set up sounds somewhat simular to g35/350z's.

^^ so you are suggesting no cat in your example?

imported_djtrini 14-Dec-2006 02:29 AM

nope not suggesting it, just stating the set up I run.

I also have the system on my 99 Teg GSR.
With stock cat, sounds simular, more quiet actually.

But you can feel the difference in backpressure. My civic feels more free flowing.
