Catalytic Converter
Anybody know if there are issues with the stock cat running with I/H/E?
The reason I'm asking is because I had my cat replaced under warranty 10,000 km ago (broken baffles), and the baffles are broken inside and rattling again. I am now about 1,000 km out of warranty. I have a free flow cat as well, but emissions and heat are too high out of it and I keep blowing 420 code with the 2nd O2 sensor well down the mid pipe.

I am also getting some vibration feedback from the gas pedal during acceleration only.
Do you think these things may be related? Could it be a sign of something wrong before the cat?
