Car won't start...wtf

so yeah, my car won't start. when i turn the ignition...there's no noise...like its not even struggling to start. is the battery just seriously dead or is something else the problem?

i'm having such a bad week :( :banghead:

sounds like a battery, if it is your battery check your alternator as well.

take a multimeter to your battery and see if you are getting 12v...

there's ABSOLUTELY NOTHING lighting up...no action at all...totally dead.

also, the gauges are messed. like they're not "zero'd", but stuck...eg speedo reads 30 km/h, but the car aint even on! :confused:

have you played around with the battery latley? and forgot to put back the Negitive? you never know, sihit happens :thumbup:

try giving ur car a boost and see if it cranks
it could also be a fuse
