CAR WON'T START. Had been in the garage for 1.5 months

CAR WON'T START. Had been in the garage for 1.5 months
Hey guys.
I have a problem..
i need to get this car started....but since it was in the garage for 1.5 months or more it won't start now...
now i also want to add that i was extracting the codes from my car and i had that pin left in there for quite a few weeks and also when i was starting it i forgot to pull them out.
Need help to figure if my engine is now flooded or if the starter is busted or if anythign needs to be checked before trying to get it started.. i tried jump starting it but no response.
please post your comments

its a 1996 honda civic Si Vtec 1.6L 5spd

car is up and running
THanks..i think the battery was sitting out too long ...and i used my dads van to jump start it..the first time it didn't work. second time is started right up..

Problem: Car would turn but it would not fire up..i think the gas in the lines had somehting to do with that....

or the fuel pump must have dried out! MAYBE...i dunno..just a guess

i stored my car since november took the battery out you should hook it up to a trickle charger if your car is stored for an extended period of time
cant wait till i bring it back out...im dying not driving!
