Car won't start

OK here is the problem...

1998 Civic

Alarm is working
Power is going to radio, lights everything...not a problem

But the car won't turn over at all.

Now normally several lights will light up when the key is in the on position, battery, oil, ect., they are not on now. The only lights registering when key is in on position is the seat belt and e-brake.

What do you guys think?

Any of the under hood fuses would be my guess. Otherwise I'd say ECU?

Have you tried boosting it?

check all fuses in the car with a multimeter/continuity tester then test ignition switch and PGMFI relay (main relay located behind and to the right of the glovebox)

finally... check to see if the ECU is getting any power. sounds like it might not be.

no point in boosting... if the battery was weak, you'd at least hear a click click click from the starter.

bring spare mini fuses just so that when you find the problem you can get back on the road.... but don't step up the rating of the fuse cuz you don't wanna fry that ecu

Wires came loose and were out from the battery terminal.

Thanks Dave from Defcon and Patrick and Joe from ART for putting it back together for take home same evening.

They worked on it as soon as it came off the truck.
