Car Starting/Fuel Problem HELP!
I have a friend who has 1997 H22A4 in a 2000 Civic Si. The problem is that whenever he puts fuel in the car it wont start right away. he has to wait awhile for the fuel system to prime. The car has a AEM fuel rail, a AEM fuel regulator a high flow fuel pump and stock injectors. he's running a P28 ecu with a JDM chip with a OBD1 convertor harness. What could be the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
