car pulls right..get wheels balanced or alignment?

ok well since i put my 17s on my car pulls to the right all the time, and im being told 2 different things, first i was told its a alignment issue..i never had a issue before i put them on so why would it affect this,(the wheels are pretty much the same diamiter as stocks) but then i was told it was probably a unbalanced wheel, but another guy sead that if it was unbalanced, it would viberate......i want to eather get a alignment or get my wheels balanced, what should i do!? ....im leaning taward balancing

thanks!

get ur air pressure checked and get them rebalanced

get your alignment checked and get the tires balanced, then you will have no problems down the road.

put more weight on the other side of the car...it'll balance out it self

personally i would get your alignment done, because unbalanced wheels will cause a vibration, wobble, or wheel hop. if your tight on money the cheaper route is to get your tire balanced and air pressure checked so you could do that first and if it doesnt fix the problem go for an alignment

Easy way to see if it's your tires: Switch the front tires left to right and see if it pulls the other way.
As mentioned above, check tire pressure as well.

wow ..i cant believe i never thought that of that^, great idea!..the pressure is fine, i already checked, but tomorow ill switch the wheels and see if it goes the other way or still pulls right..then ill no what to do from there..thanks!!

Wider, low profile, stiffer sidewall tires also have a tendancy to follow ruts and imperfections in the road more then normal skinny, higher profile tires. I could just be the fact that the new wheels and tires feels different then you are used to.

I have the same problem with car pulling to the right...but only when I have the winters (steelies) on. But when I switch to summers (rims) it's all good.
So, it might be that your tires are unbalanced.
