car getting slower?!?!?

car getting slower?!?!?
lately my car has been gettin slower!??!
whats going on?
my cousing who i use to take any day of the week is side by side with me now..and i'm running 15 inch lightwieghts.he's running heavy 17 inch rims.
i changed the plugs yesterday... little improvement...
i'll do the cap and rotor today...
any other suggestions?
btw.. how hard is it to change the fuel filter?
also on another note..
when my a/c is on..my car idles like crazy..between 400-1000 up and down... it feels like the car is gonna stall...
what could be the problem? my car use to be a dx auto..no with an si standard...
i want my a/c!!! it's not working rite.
