Canadian Tire Formula Engine Flush

I just went to Canadian Tire and saw their engine flush, and saw one from Penzoil. Since the CT one was cheaper, I picked that one over the Penzoil. I'll be doing an oil change this weekend, and I'll put that into my oil and run it for a while before I change to the new.

So anybody has anything against the CT engine flush? I suppose all the engine flush are pretty much the same thing... even the Amsoil ones, so that's why I picked the cheapest one. If you guys have anything to say against it, let me know and I'll get a refund. :)

I dont use them.. i hear they do more damage then good.. especially on a high mileage semi worn out motor. Only thing it will do is loosen your motor up, removing all carbon and gum which is in all the worn areas..

my buddy used it and i wonder what it actually did?

he used it when switching from dyno guys to synthetic... although i just did an oil change and put in synthetic and kepy it.... no difference down the road for either of us...

although if you absolutely "have" to use this stuff only use it once and no longer then the manufacturer recommends using it... as you'll notice things going wrong in your engine in time
