Can my mechanic do this?
Just switching out shocks and springs to performance ones.
My mechanic's got 30 years of experience, but has never done performance stuff. |
performance shocks or not...the process is the same...so if he has ever changed a broken shock on a car he can do it...
But he should know that...so maybe you should take it elsewhere. |
if he's doing mechanic stuff for 30 yrs I'm pretty sure he can change shocks and springs
|
performance parts most often fit like OEM, the differences are internal.
|
everyones right its the same deal, only if your putting on lowering springs you dont need a spring compressor to change em over.
If I can do it you can too :) |
ya its seriously not that hard.... the only problem is the lca bolts

make sure you have a new bolt before you go grinding the old one off.... or that someone can pick it up for you
