you should be able to find a header for a 1st gen B16 no problem...... mind you i havnt checked yet..... someone here can help you out with that

as for the hp...... its not so much the 4 or 5 horses you'll gain, its the engine breathing better that will be usefull....... if you have an intake/header/exhaust then the engine breathes alot better....... therefore running better

personally i would get a header.......... maybe not a dc, but a hedmen........ or ractive if your mad broke

I believe that DC does have a header for B16A1 since once I saw a JDM B16A1 swap in a bodyshop with DC 4-2-1 header.

I have a B16A1 and yes, you can use any B16 header. I'm using a DC 4-2-1.

honestly, you won't notice any gains unless you add a mandrel bent cat back system with an intake. You do feel a little more power, but don't expect to be thrown back against your seat when you accelerate. Only way to actually know if there's a gain is to take it to the dyno.

I'm not quite understanding your last statement/question.
But anyways, no I have never dynoed my car. If you're planning on getting cams, cam gears and other bolt on parts, then you should pick up the header. It's the combined parts you bolt on that'll give you more gains. Usually people start off with intake, full exhuast system (not just the muffler, cuz that'll do nothing except make noise), and header. After you do that, then go ahead with cams, cam gears...etc. Hope that helps.

What did I tell ya? No Cams are good unless the car is breathing properly.
Look into the SMSP headers that I told you about. Contact the guy in the info I gave you.
