Just make sure you get an alignment afterwards. Often, people will automatically assume uneven wear on tires is due to camber, but toe and caster can have a major effect as well.

well put! there are 3 main settings to look at camber caster and toe .... they can all affect wear on tires.... alignments are very important

caster does not affect tire wear, only vehicle stability.

toe chews the fawk out of your tires, whereas camber slowly wears them away at almost the same rate the whole tire would normally wear (but a little faster).

alignment will also save you costly repairs down the road

yes but if one side has say 3.3 degrees of castor and the other 0.2 degrees... which happened on my car by having the wrong control arm on one side .... the castor can be virtualy undetectable by the driver as an issue... but the side with 3.3 degrees of castor will have more camber change in corners....the result is more wear on that tire....

the more castor on a tire the faster the wear on that tire....if tires wear out fast one of the causes could be too much castor ....(thats just one others could be bad braking control and other causes)
