cam gear question

hey, i got 1993 civic LX with ZC motor. i was thinking of getting new adjustable cam gears. so my question is, how much HP does it add. i understand it will change how you adjust it but does it add a lot, or is it one of those things where it says it adds lotsss of HP but in the end you can bearly feel it.
Thx in advance.

adding adjustable cam gears to a setup will not add ANY power.
Tuning the adjustable cam gears on the dyno is where you will see the power increase (if any). On a stock engine setup, don't expect much. They're really useful for dialing in max power on a built engine with bigger cams, or dialing out excessive valve overlap on a boosted car with bigger cams (like mine).
But to think by tossing adjustable cam gears on an engine is gunna make more power is crazy, the ONLY way it will make more power is when you tune them on the dyno.
