cai question

Just wondering if an aem water bypass valve would fit on a non-aem intake of the same diameter intake, anyone know?
Thanks,
Matt.

yes so long as the diameter is the same .. AEM also makes the by pass in a few Diameters....

the bypass valve is usless dyno results actually prove it reduces Hp unless you are driving through 1 - 2 foot deep puddles every day or parking in them then i personally wouldn't bother

Your probably right but I just bought a new car and I can't sleep at night know i might wreck it, and i though the loss was very minimal.

it is very minimal but are you driving through rivers ? or water up to the bottom of your bumper ever ?

It doesn't have to be water.....it can be mud that flies up and gets stuck on the filter.....also wet leafs...ect....ect....

Over time, all kinds of things can slowly block/cover the filter.

That valve is not just for water. :)
