wiggle and twist it..... it's on tight.... but it'll come off as long as the clamps of you should be fine.... put one hand on the intake the other on the filter, now pull them apart!

Alex is got the right idea

If that doesn't work, try using a hair dryer on the rubber to make it softer and more plyable.

Lightbulb

or maybe some soapy water on where the rubber meets the pipe.

Stick a small standard screwdriver (flat head) and pry the rubber away frm the pipe. It's probably so tight, that the rubber is stuck to the pipe. While you do tis, spray a little water to help losen it up. REMEMBER to clean up any water afterwards.

You can use WD40 instead of water if you want.

Just pull dude. I always have that problem with mine when I move it up into "short ram mode" in the winter.

I say WD-40,

Don't worry if the connection at the throttle body comes off, you can just losen the clamp and put it back on, no big deal.

In fact when I switch from short ram to CAI I take the whole thing out and clean it.

Umm... that's your and your not "you're".

You're = YOU ARE.

Your = the possessive.
