CAI and Exhaust

Quick Questions

I'm looking to get a cold air intake system in my 1999 civic sedan. I don't want to spend $200+ on the AEM. What other manufacturers make them and which give the best performance when installed. Are there any low budget alternatives?

What are some good exhausts for the same car? I want that good overall sound, but I'm not looking to spend ove $500. I don't think I need the cat-back, just the axle-back would do.
I was looking into Brulin. Any suggestions

Thanks

If your looking for a CAI thats cheap but powerfull just get a custom one made. There really cheap and some people say give the same power.

I have a Ractive CAI. I paid $140 and it looks good and preforms well. I'm satisfied with the intake.

Exhausts...well there is Ractive ones. No experience with ractive exhausts. I hear they are loud. I'm looking at a 5Zigen fireball, I was quoted $570 for a axel back.

As for exhaust, I wouldn't get Brullen. I have heard bad things about them in terms of noise and quality. Of the good brands out there, most only come in cat-back so you might want to wait and save up a few more pennies. If you really want quiet (as in stock sound), you could get an ITR muffler.
