CAI effect on gas efficency?

How much less km's per tank do you get now, after you have CAI in comparision to your stock air box?

and

Does getting a different filter change anything? like one that either restricts air flow a little or allows more air flow a little? like i see some of those with built on heat shields and ractive has some that the end looks like a jet engine or something....

I gained fuel efficiancy...most people complain they loose...but I think its just cuz their foot gets heavier, cuz CAI produce a nice growl when you tromp on it...

Nothing can Beat a good K&N cone...lifetime warrenty, rechargeable, most efficiant airflow....

I want to get a CAI too.
Probably a no name brand ^^

That's what I hear all the time as well.

well personally I gained .....

but I also started alot of highway driving ....

now I put the stock stuff back on it went down ..but at the same time I think I'm slamming more on the gas to try and see the same power .... although I'm also not doing as much highway driving

get the AC auto technic CAI i have it and its awesome for fuel efficiency if you drive normally and dont slam the pedal like the guy said...and ul be hapy with it :D

itll lower your fuel efficiency on cold days....cause the air is colder and denser than what the stock air box would pull in (hot ass air) so your MAP/MAF will compensate by adding more fuel...thus less gas mileage...

BUT youll also change your efficiency when you tromp on it...Im not trying to disprove anyone...just adding my two cents
