burning rubber smell 01 civic si
is there anyone out there that can tell me what that burning rubber smell is.....it happened twice, when I was warming up the car for a lil while, the smell started to smell like burning rubber. can someone tell me what the problem is......

need a bit more info, is there a squeel when its running? could be a loose belt,
check around the exhaust manifold, maybe theres a hose touching it, if it happens again, pop the hood, and sniff around, see if u can find a general area where its comin from, that'll narrow it down some
