92 Civic Won't Start

I posted a thread in Honda/Acura but no people replied yet so i thought id try in here because its important i get this engine running. i have no idea whats wrong with it.

i videotaped me trying to turn over the engine.

www.egpower.piczo.com

thats the site with the video of that.

I will be willing to pay the person that can help me pinpoint the problem. it makes a strange noise when turning over and i cant get it to start. also one time the #3 spark plug wire popped right off the valve cover when i was trying to start it. can someone watch the video and give me an idea.

Andrew

i ran a compression test and it was fine on all the cylinders but 1 which wasnt getting passed 50. has lots of fuel and sparks. one time i tried starting it i heard a pop and noticed the #3 spark plug wire popped right off the vavle cover. what does that usually mean?

well i bought this car just because it was in great condition and the motor wouldnt work so i think i might just rip out the d15 like i originally planned and swap something better in. i dont know if its worth spending the money to get this motor running seeing as it already has 299XXX on it.
