I've used the Racing Spec and to be honest I wasn't incredibly impressed. The spring rates were the standard 10K front, 7K rear which is less then ideal and the wrenches were cheap.
The handling however, was pretty good, but the ride would have loosened your fillings, so rough even on the softest setting. The N+ be alitte softer, but overall I wasn't that impressed with the Buddy Club's. They made alot of noise & the Buddy Club pillow-ball mount is garbage. By removing the pillow-ball mount, they didn't make any more noise and that alone lowered the car 1.5"
To be honest, i'd go with PIC with custom rates or the Ground-Control/Koni Yellow set-up
Miles, forget his screen name did a a great review for Buddy Club Racing Spec's on his CRX, i'll paste the link shortly
