Is a BSQ or beaks kit okay for use with a STOCK ITR setup on an LS?
Hi guys, Ive got an LS integra with a stock ITR suspension. I'm running the 14mm GSR rear sway bar right now and it feels great. I've got the devil on my shoulder and also have a 22mm rear bar in the garage. Even though the ITR rear springs are only 150-250 prog, would the BSQ kit be okay to prevent subframe damage? I might just stick with teh GSR bars. The car will see track time, and I dont want to run a blingey ASR brace. Do you think it would be okay?

you don't have to run a blingly asr brace but i highly recommend that you do. it depends on how you drive and spring rates as well. with stock itr suspension i wouldn't trust the bsq or beaks because the itr subframe is a lot beefier than the dinky non itr ones. i have the itr bar with asr brace on sport spring kit and i still take it easy on the streets. try not to angle the car over bumps or ramps because it puts a lot more stress on the subframe. go over the bumps with both wheels. i've seen tearouts with bsq and beaks but none with asr, comptech or custom brace.
