Breaking noise and iginition problem

Hi I current have these two question:
first the ignition problem:

I recent got new plug and wires but when the engine is cold, it still takes more then one crank (usually two) to ignite, what could be the problem? ( I have 2000 b16a2 running for around 60000KM to 80000Km)

Also, in a hot day, when the car is parking under the sun for a while, after I turn the ignition on, the idling is crab, around 200 rpm, I have to give a little gas for a while to make it normal, what could be the problem:

Second problem is regarding to the disk conversion:

I have done a all integra break conversion on my EK, but recently I realized there is weired noise coming from rear left corner.
The noise is very loud when I coming to a stop with a normal foot pressure on the paddle. during the normal driving, I can hear a little bit too. I took the car to the shop, and I was told some bushing is done. IS that possible? the problem really bothers me. Has anyone know the possibility?

thanks for reading

well you have to see if you have weak spark or over-fueling first.

Could be a leaking injector.

What bushing is done? Sounds to me like you have dragging brakes, but I wouldnt know cause u didnt describe the noise whatsoever.

dragging break? dan.. that's the thing I am worry about, but if it is the noise should be gone when I apply the break, I will try seeif I can record the noise.

dont bother, let someone who knows what they're doing look at it.
