Brakes

I got my brakes done about 2 months ago, brand new, and now i'm noticing when I drive I have to push the brake pedal down a little more to come to a complete stop, sometimes I end up having to push it all the way down, can anyone tell me what could be wrong?

what exactly was done?
Did you replace the shoes in the rear?
Sounds to me like you need to adjust the quadrant in the rear brakes.
