Go with PBR. Minimal brake dust. Doesn't matter what pads you use with Brembo cross drilled, unless you have a full brake upgrade. The cross drilled on OEM replacement rotors is mainly for cosmetics. Just to let you know, I too use to use Brembo cross drilled and PBR pads on my Civic before and I swore by that combination for 5 years. Very satisfied with those pads.

ok the pads I have used are as follows... (p[lease note this is just what I have experience with for reference sake)
OEM
Hawk HP+
Williams performance friction solo 2 pad...
after trying the williams performance friction solo 2 pad I can honestly say there is no other company I will ever deal with for brake pads they are truly the best

the solo 2 pads do not need to be heated to work. the solo 1 pads (F1.10) do need heat...
dust... well no more so then the hawk HP+ pads (if you've tried those)
and rotors... still good... but I haven't finished my first set of pads yet... once they are done I'll check the rotors....
for more info visit thier site:
http://www.wpfri.com/
as for a comparasion between WPFRI and PBR... I haven't tried the PBR so I can't comment on them
the pads from williams performance are the WPFS2 pads

Not sure about the williams Perf pads. Never heard of them.
As for the Hawk pads, I've heard good things about them, but for the money you pay, I don't think it's worth it unless you take it to the track a lot. But if that's the case, you should be upgrading to a big brake kit.
The best brake pads for the street would be PBR's. But that's just my opinion. I was gonna use them on my A4, but they didn't have any at that time so now I'm using Pagids. Pretty good as well, but I've noticed the PBR's have less dust than the Pagids.

Don't remember the exact cost of the PBR's, but they're about $65 - $75 for the fronts. You can get them at a place called Elite Auto in Scarborough. The're on the west side of Midland between Finch and McNicoll. 416-291-3953. Ask for Raymond. Very nice guy to deal with.
