You'll need;
complete rear braking system (disc's, pads, caliper'set) still attached to the trailing arms and compensator arms. It should come with the rubber flex line which will mount to your stock hardline. You'll need SiR parking brake cables, and also a proportioning valve from a NON-ABS '98-01 Integra (yer CX has no ABS)
I a SiR 4 wheel disc conversion on a friend's '99 EK H/B. (SiR has bigger front brakes) also we did a TYPE-R master cylinder and booster upgrade too.

Doing the same on my 98 LX right now. What a bitch to do... The rear alone is easy though. For the prop valve you can use a USDM Civic Si or Civic Type R prop valve, those are about $150.
