for a b16 i wouldn't go anything lower than 9:1 CR
JE, wiesco, SRP, endyn are all good pistons, eagle, crower, pauter are all good rods.
I would even run 9.5:1.
Whats the specs on the turbo and setup?

Endyn FI pistons are in a clas of their own, i have seen them and used them in customers engines. rods i would use are crower...they are stout units. compression is another ball game...get a .050" quench (piston to head)and go from their.

i have wiseco's 9:1's. make sure you get pistons atleast 81.5mm so you can overbore your cylinders when you put everything back together. i'm probably going to go with crower rods, pickings are slim for b17 rods... i've also got arp head studs and a cometic head gasket ready to go. i just need to get some bigger injectors and a boost controller and i'm good to go!
